I just got the same thing today! Me and my husband were trying to figure out if it was a scratch or a stretch mark too!! I’m hoping it’s a scratch cause I’m already 26 and a half weeks, and don’t want to get stretch marks🤞🏻But who knows. Mine looks just like yours....

Stretch mark! I have a full tummy of them, but much darker! I look like a tiger with red stripes!😂
