Im just wondering whats going on with me ... i been late 15 days no other symptoms a little of breast tenderness but small amount ive cramped maybe 1 a week for the last 4 weeks range from very painful to light pain finally this week on Wednesday ( i believe) i started to spot its very light only when i wipe (sorry tmi) and it stopped mid Thursday and began again thrusday night i woke up with 3 spot of blood in my panties today and im still very light ... i take 4 pregnancy test 3 urine one blood all negative and im not sure whats going on ... is it really a period what i have ? am i pregnant? can it be pcos? or cyst in my ovaries?
