Ladies, I was knocked on my butt nauseous for like a week and half trying to keep up with my toddler made me search for some home remedies to make it less— I tried sea bands, saltines, b6, eating constantly, seltzer water and ginger drops- none of them even made a dent. The I read Apple cider vinegar can help— it helps neutralize all the acidity/bile in our stomach from the hormones. I drank 1tbsp with 8 oz water in the morning and around lunch time sipped on and had a little before bed. And the next day felt way way better. Well now I’m two days in to doing it and it’s seriously almost gone! I feel almost normal! If you’re struggling, this is so worth a try!
