Ranch in early pregnancy?

Can you have ranch in early pregnancy? I want to have some with my nuggets at a restaurant but I’m nervous about it!?

You can have that, yes. Basically just stay away from things you KNOW will make you sick. Raw or undercooked meats, unpasteurized juices or cheeses (most have to be pasteurized if they are served at restaurants), seafood can be tricky, etc. Everything else is pretty much fine.

I ate whatever I fancied throughout both pregnancies and was fine. But if it worries you don’t eat it. They only advise to avoid it if it’s fresh and made with raw eggs due to salmonella risk. Nowadays all eggs are stamped and safe so I see no harm personally x
