Can I still run if my arch hurts?

The arch in my right foot has been hurting all day. I'm on week four of my training plan as a beginner runner, and I don't want to stop now but I don't know what to do. I put insoles that take the pain away in my shoes, but I don't want to keep running on it if it's injured. If the pain is gone with these insoles, then can I run on them or is there still a danger of exacerbating the issue? Also I bought these insoles after doing the dr scholls test at a CVS. Not a doctor but I didn't just blindly buy cheap insoles. Also the shoes I have are supposedly are the best at preventing injury (I bought them because I had been running with shitty nikes) but I just started having this issue.
