Real food?

How many of you have given your little ones real food? Like not baby food, but little bits of what you eat. My October baby was a month early so he is 7 months now but he has no teeth yet. Just wondering what you ladies are doing. Thank you!

So they don’t need teeth to chew. Since the teeth that we use to chew are molars and those are the last teeth to come in. Their gums will manage just fine. 
You can give them anything but honey. And peanuts and popcorn are obviously choking hazards. But as long as anything is cut appropriately they can have it. 
We  are doing baby led weaning. So my son eats anything we are having.

My daughter is 6 months and we are doing BLW and purées so she eats whatever I eat and also gets purées sometimes

I make their baby food but I’ve also given them whole food to try. My son hates puréed bananas but he likes to eat my banana. Him and his twin sister also LOVE orange slices.

BLW! Best hand and eye coordination for your baby. I feed him pretty much everything I eat. He won't have anything to do with baby food lol.

My baby usually eats whatever we have throughout the day. She freaks out if you don't give her bites and knocks your silverware out of your hand reaching for it! 😂

My baby is six months tomorrow and honestly hasn’t shown any interest. I’ve tried puréed avocado, mashed banana, and puréed sweet potatoes, and she gagged, so no rush for us!

Only a taste of mash potatoes, pizza sauce and melted cheese. 😂 I give purée baby food twice a day but he’s picky and only likes four things.

My son is 6 1/2 months and he eats table food, the only thing we’ve given him that he doesn’t like is banana. He prefers stronger flavours: chilli, peppers, garlic etc. Gonna give him some curry next week to see how he likes it
