Gender question

Today was my 11 week ultrasound As she was moving around she looked between the babies legs and I swear I saw a little wiener lmao. My husband just so happened to be recording it on his phone so I know she just said “and this is between the legs” she paused when this came on screen so I was able to screenshot it.....but she didn’t say anything. But it looked like it caught her attention. I figured even if she did see it and know what it was she wouldn’t tell me this early. Now my question is is it at least a POSSIBILITY that I could see a penis at this point? Or is it not fully formed and that’s why they don’t tell you til 20 weeks? I know it’s not the other leg because I saw it it’s just out of the view right now but as soon as she moved again the other leg popped up and I just need to know if this is a little pee pee because I couldn’t believe it! Lol
