Looking for clarification
I talked to my dr today about sleeping on my back, she said as long as I have a 15degree tilt I can... what I forgot to as was, where does the tilt need to be? Like my whole body I length(one side higher than the rest)? my upper body (shoulders above butt)? Or my butt above shoulders?
Does anyone know? I’m dying sleeping on my sides lol
