Second pregnancy and already feeling big

I am somewhere between 5-6 weeks pregnant not sure just yet I have a ultrasound sound to determine and I’m already feeling big bloat or bump? This is my second pregnancy and with my first you could even tell I was pregnant till about 20 weeks into it
