Miscarriage?! Im scared!!

Question

I am 5 weeks preggo today since my last period was 3/16..Since I tracked my ovulation, I ovulated 3/30 (so does that make me 3 weeks preggo?). 
I had my BFP 16dpo!!!
I started to feel cramps this morning but they went away. I’ve also heard that it’s normal to cramp this early?
And then i went to the restroom because I felt moist and when I wiped this happened??
Is this a sign of a miscarriage?? Or could this still be from implantation??

You are not having a miscarriage. When I had my miscarriage I had the worse cramps and a lot of blood like period but worse

I had cramps that would stop me in my tracks and then let go they were really quick. 
I also constantly felt achy and my ob said it was normal for me.
Now I’m 20 weeks and baby is super super healthy.
As long as there is not heavy blood, cramping that doubles you over for a long time and no back pain you should be fine ❤️

Cramping and spotting, in and of themselves, is normal, if it’s heavy bleeding accompanied by pain, then you should worry
