I take mine at 5 AM every morning because that’s when I get up for work. I chose not to take it at night because I feel like there are so many factors, like if you go out to eat or go see a movie and you’re out late. I feel like taking it exactly when I get up has helped me the most. But you just need to find a time that works well for you.

I take mine at night. I have a very busy schedule so I take it with me throughout the day if I won’t be home by the time I normally take it, but I know if I had to take it in the morning I would be late taking it or even miss it. Depending on your daily schedule nights may be better for you as well as any side effects like nausea you can sleep through.
