Been getting faint positives the last couple days with not much progress! Boobies are sore, a little on and off but mostly on! Cramps, nausea. I def feel pregnant...

So I took this tonight...

But earlier today .... I wiped and saw some spotting! I investigated further (TMI) after I put in a tampon for a few hours.

Nothing on it. Checked my cervix, no more blood?

Is this a bad sign? Can you get IB after a faint positive? I’ve been cramping for a couple days but after spotting, it’s done!
