Bleeding only 1dpo??

Okay so I posted this in another group and only got 2 replies that weren’t very helpful unfortunately. I took screenshots of the post because it’s long and I don’t feel like retyping and posting all of it. Please give me as much advice you guys can offer I’m so confused 😢😢😢
