Stopped the pill

I stopped my birth control almost a month ago, since 2 days ago I have had semi-blood discharge and also chunks of either discharge or flesh in my urine! (Tiny specks) it really looks more like discharge, anywho...is this a side effect from stopping the pill?! Agh.

Btw, I have not had my withdrawal bleeding yet or any type of bleeding since stopping the pill.
