HELP URGENT!

i am 33 weeks pregnant, and ive been noticing that my vagina feels swollen so i took a pic down there & i see a purple big lump protruding from my vagina. Has any pregnant mom’s notice the same thing as me? I need answers, i want to know if i should be worried. I have an upcoming appointment w my obgyn so i will discuss this with my dr too.
