my Boyfriend lost his ID at the WRONG TIME!!!
so somebody stole my baby daddys backpack while were at the mall amd it had his ID in it...I'm about to have our son any day now and we're stressed out lol. is he still able to sign the birth certificate with no ID?? he has a social and a birth certificate of his own. will that allow him to still sign or?
