Are you using a Basal Body Temperature thermometer? Especially when charting in Celsius it’s important to be temping and recording to the hundredth degree (two decimal places, 36.53 for example).
I don’t want this to come off negatively, as I only wish the absolute best for everyone in their TTC journeys.

I think your chart is only looking triphasic because you aren’t recording to the second decimal place. “Typically/normally”, which I say loosely because all women vary, but the rest of your chart is spot on with what is suggested as “typical/normal” which is why I think you’ll find this useful... if this were your BFP chart your temps part way through your luteal phase (after ovulation), would have bumped up a second time from 36.83ish and up towards and into the 37’s.
