seriously annoyed with "sweet pickles"

not sure if you're familiar with the online cloth diaper store sweet pickles but I am seriously ANNOYED with them. first of all nowhere on the website do they say all prices are posted in USD I an Canadian and I've never heard of this store so I was unaware it was American. I should have checked though. so my checkout receipt says 148.15 incl shipping etc and I agree. no where does this say USD then my account is charged a lovely 192.54 ?? when really 148.15 USD to CAD dollar is 189.36 so I'm not even sure at all why they charged me extra because they said nothing about it. so I email them they cancelled and "refunded" my order but only put 182.42 back into my account? so I email them again to question why I was charged 10.12 when I've literally bought nothing. this place is ridiculous I feel scammed and seriously annoyed. all I wanted was some cute fluff 😓
