32 weeks scared out of my mind

My pregnancy has been a crazy one this far, I was pregnant with twins and unfortunately lost one at 15 ish weeks. I am now 32 weeks and last night was having a bath like I normally do and ended up passing the other baby. Typically that will either happen right when you miscarry a twin or you will carry it to term with the other baby. I’m now in the hospital the drs are worried about risk of infection from baby b and that it may pass on to my healthy one. They have been telling me not to expect to go home for a bit, and to be prepared to deliver the baby, and to boot he is breach so I would have to have a c section. I’m so freaked out and scared right now. I just want my baby to be okay😭
