So my son had a drool rash due to teething.. the doctor told me to put some diaper cream around his neck. I put A&D; on it & he woke up without any red patches of skin.. but it has tiny little bumps still. I’m continuing to put the A&D; on his neck, but the bumps aren’t going away. Is it just left over from his drool rash? (I know he has a salmon patch on the back of his head)... what helps best to help it heal? I’m keeping it very dry.
