FAT GIRL 😭

So on Thursday i went in for my fetal growth ultrasound and she is believed to be 7lb 12oz. With 2 weeks of growing left to do......this app is estimating her to be 6lb 2oz so I’m just wondering from anyone’s experience how big she really might get. How accurate are the growth ultrasounds? She’s positioned in my pelvis so I’m told that means it’s pretty accurate lol I’m terrified of tearing, an episiotomy and a c section! Please leave words of encouragement, experience and comfort. 38 weeks tomorrow with my fat girl 😭
