Any remedies for swollen hands?

I know swelling is normal in pregnancy but I'm so sick of my hands constantly hurting from the swelling and waking up feeling like a puffy marshmallow. my feet arent too awful but my hands hurt amd go numb all day long. any advice for helping it go down a little to relieve the pain?
*side note, doctor isn't concerned

Glad I saw this post, I was just wondering the same thing! My right hand has been swollen off and on for a week. It aches and goes numb from time to time!! I have a brace and that works great!! I also ice it here and there. I’ve read about Carpel Tunnel and that sounds like what I have! I go to the doctors this week so I’ll ask than too!

Get a wrist brace. The compression will help. Drink plenty of water and avoid salt and high sodium foods/drinks

I found that coconut water seems to pull some of the bloat out. and pull out swelling in both my hands and legs. and I like the tasso win!!!

The only thing my doctor told me to do is drink more water. My swelling does go down during the day when I'm drinking water but I've always been bad about drinking as much as I should.

Any remedies for swollen hands?
