39 weeks today and constant headache?

Hey all! I'm 39 weeks today having on and off back contractions the past few days. Yesterday I woke up with a light headache that slowly developed into a border line migraine. Today I woke up with the same. Sign of labor to come? Ready to meet my little girl! Blood pressure was 129 over 74.

I'm having the same, 40w6d with a constant headache. my BP is higher then normal 132/86 but my doctor said not to worry about preeclampsia unless it goes 140/90. feeling the headache may be due to dehydration and stress. try to relax and stay hydrated.

Have you checked your blood pressure? My doctor told me that a sign of preeclampsia is a persistent headache.

I’d call your doctor about the headache. Preeclampsia is scary this late in pregnancy you want that checked ASAP
