so back in January’s I went to a NYE party where I officially met and hung out with this kid i’ve gone to school with since6th grade and although our high school is smaller than most we never met. so i develop feelings because we have so sO much in common and he keeps sending me song recommendations that are literal love songs so i confess that i like him and he tells me that he likes me too but he’s not gonna date until graduation which is only a couple months away (this was back in feb) we’ll call this boy pablo so we start reaching the end of february and i was competing in a pageant where I had gotten some of my guy friends to volunteer as escorts and the whole night one of them who i didn’t personally invite but we knew each other was flirting with me all night long and i didn’t think anything of it because i didn’t like him well call him DC so DC and me see each other around school and we start talking because of the pageant and i start talking about prom and what we had planned and neither of us had plans so we agreed to go together (pablo was going with a friend but then never showed up) so DC in the weeks leading up to prom is flirting with me hard picks me up in a nice car all that and even comes to my dance recital. (pablo doesn’t even though i invited him) so DC is putting in work to see me outside of school and we’re getting closer and closer to graduation and my friend who knows all abt the situation was asking for updates well a girl who knows DC pretty well overheard me just saying how he came to my recital and she goes oh he’s trying to get it he admitted to it...but who is going to go through sitting through a dance recital just to see one or two of my dances when i personally invited you and talk to me everyday about my problems and your problems just to sleep w me??? have any of you ever gone through this?? i just don’t want to be used
