Advice needed ASAP
Today I woke up at 5:30am with a belly ache I went to the loo and had watery poo, I got back into bed but couldn’t sleep as I had really bad cramps! All day I have been getting sharp cramps and still having watery poo it just runs out of me I can’t put it any other way, I have no appetite. Would you say I have a bug?
