He called me disobedient

So apparently my boyfriend thinks I'm a dog because he keeps telling me that I'm disobedient and I don't listen. So apparently I told him one day "which I don't believe that I would because its ridiculous" but that I would never talk to another man for any reason ever. So he went through my Instagram I guess and saw 3 messages from 3 just friends. 1 was asking me about a set of knives I posted about, another was asking about me selling something, the last 1 was mentioning how my family we all look alike. So all of a sudden I'm disobedient and a liar. Apparently at some point "I don't know when" but I lost his trust and don't deserve to talk to any other men and need to earn his trust -_-. I've never cheated on him and we're always broken up so I could talk to other men at those points if I wanted to. There's never been any messages about going on dates or me flirting. Its really not a big deal. Someone please tell me if this man is crazy or is it me?
