I missed my period on April 5th and tested positive. I began the bleed the 8th until the 12th and assumed it was my period just a false test. I then spotted the 16-17 and began a light bleed on the 18th and then stopped and haven't bled again. I visited the ER on the 18th where my blood test showed I am pregnant with hcg of 5,600 but no baby was visable on an ultrasound. My cervix was also closed. The next day my hcg tested 2,900 and I was told I am having a miscarriage and was 6 weeks. Heres where I get lost. 1) the bleeding fully stopped and I never bled heavy or passed any clots nor had any pain like my previous miscarriage. 2) in order to have been 6 weeks I would've conceived about March 15th but we didn't even have intercourse until the 20th.

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT WOULD BE GOING ON?!
