Just got a treadmill
Ladies so I just got a treadmill and I'll be using it 30 minutes a day. Starting off slow of course but then working my self up to go faster. What i wanted to know was are there any good protein bars or energy bars to take before after or before working out? I'm new at this and want to make sure I have everything I need and my journey through losing weight.
