Implantation bleeding?

So I had unprotected sex 6 days ago and today I had a small spot of blood and thought it was maybe my period starting but that’d be like day 23 of my cycle and then it stopped... so it was just spotting. 
Do you think this is implantation bleeding?

Possibly! If you had intercourse while you were ovulating and your lady bits were emitting cervical discharge resembling egg whites than sperm can live up to five days in there; considering it is in an favorable environment! Although, in other circumstances sperm usually can only survive to up to 24-48 hours. 
But there are also other reasons as to why you maybe spotting before your period such as:
•ovulation spotting
•you took plan b after intercourse 
•stress 
•previously had rough intercourse 
•etc 
The only for sure way to find out is to wait til you miss your period and take a pregnancy test.
