Should I be worried?

Just went to scratch my tummy and hit my right ovary. It hurt! Very noticeable soreness and swollen. I am 4/5 DPO and felt ovulation on that side. Did I damage something? If I did conceive could I have messed it up?

how hard did you scratch that is swollen.. couldnt be..is not like is right there outside.. if you hit yourself with something could.be.but from a scratch wouldnt worry.
