milk drying up?

my LO is 2 months old and EBF. the last few days, at her feeding in the evening, she nurses and there seems to be no milk coming out... she will nurse for 40+ mins and she is still just as hungry afterwards - i've got some pumped milk and shell drink a 4oz bottle.
does this mean my milk is drying up? 😫😭 help!!!

Try pumping right before you would normally feed her. That way you ca see just what you’re producing. From what I understand, this is a prime time for your supply to regulate and likely baby is getting enough. You produce more in the beginning and it just seems you’re underproducing now that things are regulating.

My baby will be two months tomorrow and whenever I experience a low supply I drink a cup or two of mothers milk tea and it helps. I go from pumping nothing to pumping three oz. I nurse baby from one breast n pump the other.
