besides water obviously. i had gestational diabetes with my last pregnancy so I'm trying to avoid sugary drinks but im getting sick of water and seltzer water

Sometimes I add lemon juice or a splash of whatever juice my son is drinking into my water for flavor. Seems to help give me more variety. Also decaf coffee in the morning.

you can infuse your water to give it flavor. cucumber lemon, lime mint, cucumber mint, strawberries lemon...it's all yummy and natural!
