pregnant? implantation bleeding?

I've been feeling sick and super hungry ( a lot more than usual) I've also had lower back ache, I've been having this sort of bleeding on and off since Friday night but the tests say negative.. could it be to early

Ok, I'll start by saying implantation bleeding isn't all that common, only occurring in around 30% of pregnant women.
Whereabouts in your cycle are you? When did you ovulate? When is your period due?
It could be implantation bleeding, has it gotten any heavier? Are you needing to use sanitary protection? 
If it is implantation bleeding you could get a positive test 2-4 days after the bleeding started.

I’ve had implantation bleeding in 1 out of FOUR of my kids. It was literally extremely light pink and it was a dot nothing more.
