How soon is too soon to travel?

Question

I’m due 3rd of November. My partners sister is getting married on January 26th and she lives a 3.5 hour flight away. Is it too soon to fly with a baby? If it’s okay to fly, would it be best to fly day time or night time with a baby so young?
People I’ve spoke to said day time but I thought night would be better- we have to book the flights soon so just needing opinions!

Hi! We just flew with our two month old a week ago! :)
Our doctor said we could fly once the baby had her two month shots (at 8 weeks)! So just make sure you schedule those before you fly out! :) 
As far as the flight time goes, I recommend day time. My baby was amazing on the plane, BUT, if she had had a meltdown, I would have felt so much worse about it on a red eye flight because people book those so they can get some sleep in air and a screaming baby would definitely get some side eye! It definitely would have stressed me out!

I flew with my baby at 7 weeks by my self, it was super easy because I wore him in a wrap through the airport and on the plane. I was always able to board first so I could get situated before everyone else was on which was nice. I fed him at the beginning of each flight and then he slept most of the flight. It was a lot easier to fly with him at 7 weeks then 7 months (he was so wiggly and actually needed entertained).

Night time so the airport and plane wont be so busy most peope try to fly either early/mid morning or early/late afternoon if that helps
