So Iv missed my period, I’m irregular.

But on Friday just gone I did a pregnancy test 10DPO and I had a faint line in the time frame. Picture below. Before I did the P test I had slight brown non smelling spotting for 3 days and mild dull pain in my lower part of my stomach. Spotting stopped for 2 days and had no discharge or anything. Today I just had bright red blood in the toilet, not much, it was just when I wee’d there was a bit that came out, I’d say it was a watery substance and not clumpy or like a discharge substance. I’m waiting to go doctors tomorrow morning. But I’m worrying a little.

Anyone know what it could be?
