Would you let your 8 year old child ride the school bus??

My 8 year old son rides the bus morning and after school .. but he tells me that middle and high schoolers rides his bus .. should I be concerned about this?? Have you had any issues with your children on the bus?? If you did what did you do??

I also don’t have a choice right now to take my son to school I don’t have a car.. I’m working on that
