Pcos help!

I’ve had PCOS my whole life after puberty hit. I’ve always had really irregular periods so with that being said I’m currently on CD74. My dr said I can start provera so we can do our 5th clomid cycle. My problem is I’ve had egg white cm especially 5 days ago I though AF arrived but it was just cm. Should I start the provera or wait and see? Any help is great
