What to wear?

Are you all planning on putting long sleeved or short sleeved onesies, clothes, etc. on your newborns? My son will be born in Aug and Im just wondering what to put on him? My first was born in May, so it was a bit easier. It will be hot, but babies are so fragile, Im just like🤷‍♀️.

We will be doing short sleeve and tank top outfits. I have pants out but i also got shorts. My first son was SUPER hot natured and he was born the middle of December and slept in just a diaper or a onesie. So I’m preparing for this baby to be the same way. We will just layer with blankets if he gets cold. Or we will go out and get a few long sleeve things if we need to.

Florida here and I know lots of moms have babies in long sleeves (if inside a lot) regardless of month because most people have their A/C on full blast. Because we are waiting on birth to know gender, I’m waiting and seeing what we get from the baby shower before buying more.

i live in texas, august is our hottest month. short sleeves, shorts, pants for outdoors. i have the same for indoors along with some long sleeve sleep n plays and long sleeve gowns. I have heavy blankets and light muslin blankets to put over them depending on the weather.

I’m pregnant with my seventh baby so I thought I’d be a pro by now, but I’ve struggled with this also! Im due August 15 but if this baby is anything like my last two, he’ll probably come at the end of July or beginning of August. 
I got 7 size newborn things. 2 light cotton long sleeve footless sleepers, 2 with feet, 3 short sleeve onesie sets with footed pants. One of the outfits came with two onesies. I also have an 8 pack of plain white short sleeve onesies. 
The 0-3 month things I got: 8 pack of short sleeve onesies, 3 light cotton long sleeve sleepers with feet, 2 thicker terry cotton ones, 3 outfits with short sleeve onesies, footless pants and a light cotton hoodie. 
I also have 3 light cotton muslin swaddle blankets, I’ll probably use those at night. 
I’m waiting to get anything else in small sizes because I don’t know how big he’ll be when he’s born and how much hot summer weather will be left once he’s born. We also don’t have ac at our house. I’m going to just see how it is once he’s here. If he’s wearing long sleeves and too hot, I’ll put short sleeves on him, and vice versa. Or if he’s still to hot, I’ll have him in only a diaper. 
My other kids were born in December, match, April, May and August 29 so it was easier!
