weight loss meals...

so I understand long term it's probably not healthy but does anyone know if going on a microwave meal diet help actually lose weight? I am going to try it for the next two weeks ...a breakfast essentials shake for breakfast ...a protein/fiber bar for am snack...a smart ones frozen meal for lunch ...fruit/veggie for pm snack... and frozen meal for dinner. just wondering if anyone's tried it before. my goals are to get used to eating proper servings instead of just eating till Im full. I'm doing frozen meals because I suck at meal prep and I'm always in and out I don't have time for making dinner. just looking for advice tips ideas or even more options for easy meals to help me start my weight loss journey...
