im new to taking my temp. what can you tell me about my chart? and is it normal to have such a dramatic dip and raise like this after my fertility window?

this happens to me when I am stressed. Finally did a whole bunch of things back to back this time during my period/before I ovulated to lower my stress and here was the result

My numbers are still low overall and we didn't time/try that hard this time so I don't expect this to be our month. That being said my numbers before hand have never been so stable and my temp shift has never been that solid after ovulating. Do your best to love yourself and take some of the stress pressure off and I'll bet it will show in your temps. Hope this helps xoxo
