So my my son is 7 weeks old about a week ago the baby acne flared up. When he sleeps he get warm even if I strip him down. It seems worse when he is warm. When he wakes up from a nap he grabs at his face a lot which seems to make it even worse. I tried not putting lotion on his face bc it seemed to make it worse for a couple days and he got dry patches on top of that. I switched to Burt’s bees baby soap and lotion. That help a little bit but his face is still pretty covered. Is it something that goes away? Or should I try something else?
