It's crazy how close and real this is! ♡

I had my son at 37 weeks, so my doctor told me to be prepared just in case we have a repeat of last time. I'm 34 weeks now, and it's crazy to think that in as little as 3 weeks baby girl could be here. Of course, I'd be happy is she cooked a wee bit longer, but still...it's becoming so real! ♡
