Done with this so called marriage

When I met my husband he wasn't working due to his legal status. All of that has been worked out for some time. He works pays half on bills but then sends the rest of the money back to his family. I am expecting and we are living with my mom (we were evicted from our place due to him taking a trip home and not paying rent). I know that its not too much to ask for him to assist with savings. I have been terribly frustrated with him. We argue a lot and we have become very distant. I don't even want to be in the same room as him anymore. Maybe I'm overreacting but at this point I would be okay if he packed his things and went back to his country. Also, we are rarely intimately involved and this just isn't what I signed up for. I contemplate cheating weekly if not daily...
