Are “ray ban” sunglasses worth it? What’s special about them? Does anyone own a pair?

I mean they designer 😭, worth it if you care about labels . But to me they are just sunglasses. 🤷🏽‍♀️ same with cartier’s.

Imo they are worth it. Where I'm from you even get insurance on them when you buy them, so in case they break you can get them replaced.

I got gok wan. Sunglasses they are prescribed  had them since 2014 they are like my. Little baby in summer can’t lose them. Or I will cry. X yeh they have few gems missing on them but still love them x

I got ray bans for my prescription glasses and they were really cheap & kept breaking. I finally just had to give up on them b/ they cost be so much more to repair. I was honestly just drawn B/ the name & assumed they had to be good b/ everyone knows them. So wrong. I switched to Michael Kors & they’re so sturdy. 
If you’re gonna get glasses I would stay away from plastic frames, and go for wire ones. At least on the sides. Plastic breaks too easily.

I’m sure you can find the same exact glasses that don’t have ray-ban etched into the lense for a fraction of the cost. And no one would notice

Yes! I have wayfarers and every other pair of sunglasses I’ve had broke within a few months. But I’ve had these for 7 years!

All designer sunglasses are over priced they break just as easily when accidentally sat on as a cheaper pair.
