5 wks pg - medication?

Normally I take 20 mg XR of generic adderall, daily. In the morning I’d take 1 capsule & 1 in the afternoon. I found out last Tuesday that I’m preg & since then I’ve only been taking 10 mg. Am I supposed to quit cold turkey? Is there anyone out there that continued to take it throughout their pregnancy? Today is the 1st day without anything & I’m down, depressed, & can’t get ANYTHING accomplished. I am confused on what to do. My appt isn’t until May 10, so any advice would be appreciated.
