Sorry, I couldn't edit the last post. Anyways: I just want to know why so many people on here feel the need to comment "you're young aren't you" things on "immature posts". Why does age matter so much?

It's scientifically proven the human brain is not fully developed until around 25 years of age. So yeah, I would say age affects reasoning

It’s not so much it matters - young people can be incredibly mature. But GENERALLY younger people haven’t had the life experience and time to learn what older people have and it shows through in attitude, responses to situations and how they handle things. They don’t know what they don’t know and those that are older may have either experienced it or seen it in a way that they can learn from it and offer perspective that someone younger doesn’t and can’t yet have

Why did you post this twice? What exactly is your point? Age does matter for basically everything, when you’re still young you’re immature and your brain and body aren’t even fully developed. Sometimes teenagers think they know it all and they’re ready for life, when in reality they’re not even close. Older people have been there done that, we’ve went through all those phases so we mostly know when they post stuff on here if it’s an immature mistake or way of thinking. There’s nothing wrong with telling someone they’re you g and still have a lot to learn, they may or may not listen but that’s part of the growing up process 🤷🏻‍♀️

At 18 I thought I knew everything, by 25 I was sure I had it all figured out, and now, at 33 I don't know a damn thing. Maybe at 40 I'll have it all worked out again.
