Hey guys, first time poster but I'm new to the birth control scene and I need some help. So I was on Yaz Nikki for about 3 months and then I picked up my next pack from a different pharmacy. It wasn't Nikki though, they gave me Gianvi. I was a little confused at first, but a friend reassured me it was probably just a different variety. So I started taking it and all of a sudden I had acne. Everywhere. Considering that I'm taking BC primarily to control my acne, and I was doing well on Nikki, I stopped taking it because of my new breakouts. Now, my period is starting again the same week that it ended. Hoping to just get a new pack from my regular pharmacy, but has anyone else experienced this? Any advice for a poor 18 year old trying to figure the world out?
