For almost 4 months now I have been struggling with depression. This is the last picture I took when I was actually happy. Since this picture I haven’t felt confident in myself, I’ve had more panic attacks, I haven’t felt loved, I’m more stressed, and I cry myself to sleep more than I should. Does anyone have any tips on how I could build myself up again and be as happy as I am in this picture?
