Vanishing twin

HELP PLEASE... so im pregnant with twins i found out when i was 6 weeks one (twinA) of the sac was measuring 5 weeks and the other 6 weeks with a heartbeat. 2 weeks later (twin B) stopped growing at all and twin A continued i was 8 weeks good heartbeat everything was fine today week and a half later im 9 weeks and 6 days i started bleeding red had intercourse yday but was having brown spotting here and there went to the ER yday waited for 4 hours and around 12 AM i have been told the Tech guy for the Ultrasound went home. I have my first OB appointment tomorrow at 8 o’clock but im so hopeless 😪 IS IT NORMAL TO BLEED 4 weeks after the baby stopped growing could this be a miscarriage?
