hi everyone!

I am 13 days late for my period. I have taken a total of 4 pregnancy tests which all turned out to be negative, last test i took was 3 days ago. I made a doctors appointment for Tuesday to get some bloodwork done but earlier on I went to pee and ..sorry if its TMI but I felt this blob come out of me which then I wiped and it was clear mucus with abit of blood and now after 5 hrs I havent bled since. Could I be pregnant or what???
